Working Out: Physical Benefits// Entry #2
Welcome back! I'm glad you found your way back to my blog. If you're new, welcome! My name is Ray. On my first blog, we discussed the mental health benefits of consistent exercise, so naturally, for this blog, we will be discussing the physical benefits.
Consistent exercise could be intimidating at first, but as you progress in your exercise lifestyle, you will notice some changes. The first being improved physical health. By consistently exercising, you are building up endurance, improving heart health, and benefiting from building a body that you can be proud of through hard work.
Spending at least 10 minutes on the treadmill at a moderate pace will improve your endurance and heart health. Specifically, it will improve your cardiovascular system. Your heart is responsible for one of the most essential tasks in the body, pumping blood throughout your body. Engaging in cardio exercises improves your heart health by raising your heart rate, which in a way “exercises” your heart.
Another reason exercise is important is that when you are working out, you are essentially tearing your muscles and, with time, healing them, causing them to be stronger than before. A process that is painful in the beginning but you become consistent tends to become easier.
Today, we discussed the physical health benefits of working out consistently and how it will improve your body. I acknowledge that this is a small aspect of exercise, and there are many different things that go into consistent exercise, so if there is anything else that you would like to learn, just enter a comment below. I appreciate all the support, and I will be posting again soon. But for now, enjoy your day, and have a good weekend.
